Of course we all have our cheat meals along the way, but trust me when you cut our the garbage for 30 days, then go back and try to eat it... you will truly notice the difference in what those foods were doing to you in the beginning.
As for working out, it does not need to be hours and hours of vigorous exercise. Imagine walking with your wife, kids, take your dog for a walk around the blog. Every single day, maybe 20 minutes or so. That is so much better than nothing at all and so simple to do, but also so simple not to do.
